Instructor was helpful and begin each leacture encouraging students and giving examples from his own experiences, he made me feel like I could ask for his assistance at anything even if the course isn't taught by him.

The instructor is fantastic, the course material in essence is good. But two weeks is too breakneck to fully grasp and marinate and really apply this to the real world.

The course, just like Sec+ and CND, is very fast-paced. Learners that rely on vocal instruction and lecture content will not be able to learn everything to pass the certification exams in the two weeks alotted. That being said, with enough time put in outside of class, the exam is very passable.
