The course material was difficult for me in the fact I have no life experience in management level thinking. The instructor was really great at providing the information but I had difficulties with comprehension of the concept and tying it into life use. I will just have to review and study the material on my own but the instructor has informed us we can contact him if we need assistance in the future. For me personally, it was a lot to absorb in a short period of time. I am sure for others it would be much easier to understand and it definitely is needed in the IT world.

He did a great job in all honestly. As long as you put in the work and pay attention in class, you will do well.

I think that Certmaster Practice should be pushed more. I found it MUCH more useful than the homework assaigned.

This course was easy to understand and comprehensive. Helped me understand ITIL and its edicts and uses.

I enjoyed the course but I do not like the textbook, it is very hard to understand and explained things way too in depth

I honestly thought I would have much more difficult time understanding I.T. but this seems so doable with this instructor

An enormous course material. I'd say more time should be allocated for Core 1. 4hrs is a little low when compared to the course material to be covered

I would have added a week of just review and the Comptia book needs to be Worded differently. Otherwise I learned more than I have in 3yrs

the course material is written in language that is too complex and wordy where simpler explanations would suffice. Seans explanation and separate notes gave me a much wider and firmer understanding of the course objectives than the actual courseware did
