The course is very in debt and gives a technician skills that will bring ultimate success in the job foce.

It's a good start to preparing for the PMP. There is a lot of information to grasp in 10 days but nonetheless a good start.

This course, as taught by Marcia, is essential for consolidating information from the many books, websites, etc. that are available into what is key and necessary to focus on. It would be impossible to digest the PMBOK and try to pass the test without these insights.

A lot of information to grasp but I do not expect anything less considering what the course is about.

Although the course was a little difficult to comprehend it was very beneficial. Ernie did a great job of making it enjoyable and helping us understand the information. This is going to be a very beneficial course as I go into my IT career.

Great that ACI provided the opportunity for us to get the updates to meet requirements.

Right amount of time (3 days). Class let us know what was new/what to study. Let you know what you needed to study up on.

Mr. Smith is a skillful instructor with valuable real-world experience! The class sessions are informative, and even though power point can be cumbersome to get through, he peppers his presentations with humor, and creating space to ask questions. The "rub" as Randy puts it lies in the sheer number of labs assigned (for those with little/no experience taking apart a computer it is INCREDIBLY time consuming! and difficult to accomplish as you have to fail the lab to find out what you did wrong, and then start completely over) I felt really frustrated and completely lost with the labs. Randy did his best to help, but with the time alloted in class, there's only so much he can do... and on the virtual classroom environment it does not translate well. Additionally, the actual test (ACI learning portal) was not a good representation of what we covered in class, specifically I felt like the questions went too in depth on laptop battery specs, and didnt cover the broader concepts. All in all.. Instructor Is Suberb, course set up/material, sub par.
