We have had several instructors change out since we started in November and this has reduced my confidence in ACI Learning providing consistent quality education. Core A+ is a good start for basics and although I do not feel confident enough in my knowledge and still to say I am going to pass I do know that failure is not an option and ACI will help me reach my goals.

This has been a rewarding experience and I have truly learned a lot in this final course. I look forward to utilising the various platforms and supplements to the pass the certifications.

A lot of information for 2 weeks. The class should be more 3 weeks with the amount of material needed to be reviewed.
