Kathleen was one of the best instructors I've ever experienced in a training. She was articulate, kept a good pace and was personable and knowledgeable. She did not lose my attention during the 4 days. I also appreciated the interactive exercises to make the training relevant and applicable.

A great course, it really gave me the basis to start deeping further on the matter. The instructor was great and the additional documentation provided will be of great use. I only wished it could've been a bit longer, as some of the subjects were very general.
