Excellent course. The instructor did an excellent job of integrating in class exercises that are typically avoided in similar courses. We got a bit of hands on experience with multiple tools which was really helpful. Even though I don't have access to each of these tools seeing how they can be used gave me further insight into the capabilities of the tools that I do have.
Very helpful and informative, the information and material is of a great value
The instructor provided great real life examples from his own experience which made the materials easier to understand and gave the instructor credibility to what he was teaching. I attended the course virtually, it was difficult to hear questions from those in the room.

Kathleen Crawford was a fantastic instructor. She was very punctual, passionate on the subject matter, and well spoken. She balanced our time appropriately between conversation and lecture. There was a lot of content to digest in three days but the supplemental information (book, worksheets, and Box electronic files) is helpful reference material. I also appreciated meeting and spent time together outside of the class with the other attendees. Thank you for a great experience!
