I do think the overall course was fine but I do think it is based to much theory and not enough "rubber meets the road" kind of instruction. The instructor was great but the course defiantly needs more real world wiggle room in real world use and application.

I really enjoyed working with Lee. He made the material much more engaging than other classes I've had taken covering the same topics. He used a lot of real world examples and suggested many useful resources to explore topics further.

Even though the course covers a lot of material it is laid out in a very convenient way especially with the extra seminars after class.

This course needs probably another week to help explain the nuances; for instance, there were some questions on the exam that I was very underprepared for, and that's not an instructor problem - that's a course content, or lack thereof, problem. If the exam is going to go in to extreme depths that force one to remember what processor needs what kind of connector and that was barely covered during instruction, then the instruction should cover it. Additionally, the mentorship program hours were not conducive to my success whatsoever...I felt like I was possibly going to fail the exam because I had to be at work when the mentors were available. Thankfully I accomplished success on my own but it was very nerve-wracking when I pressed the submit button on the exam.

Fast paced and truly expected. The way to get into the course content was horrible. Couldn't download and reading on a computer is VERY difficult. I didn't like that part of it.

Time was tight for the amount of information, that was being introduced and discussed. Definitely requires offline commitment to fully grasp the information.

I am overall thankful for the focus ACI and the instructors give to their students to achieve success. There are so many opportunities to seek help. There hasn't been a single situation yet that anyone at any point in the organization - instructor, administration/enrollment, client services, career services - has been unwilling to help or focus on my success.
