I really enjoyed this course. I kind of wish it was longer with a few more exercises. i can see this becoming a 3-4 day session at my job, working on re-life examples. But thought overall the course was great.

The instructor was very knowledgeable and kept the session very entertaining. He keep us informed on the schedule and made sure we took adequate breaks. He also provided additional materials not included in the basic training book.

The hotel rate was high for the rooms considering that they offer me the wrong reserved room and move me the next day. Long time from room service to respond for a call to ask for new towels or water. Beak fast &Lunch were good. Refreshments quantity were limited
