Good class but hard.

Get together with the VA so breaks can be taken and spread each class out more. It is unbelievably difficult to retain all 5 certifications at once without any option to wait or put it on hold and strongly focus on one certification. Everything is bunched together and as good as the courses are, it is impossible to retain everything and I am loosing so much information already gained.

I mainly resat this course so I could redeem my voucher. Honestly, I would have rather just paid full price for the voucher and continued studying the way I was before.

Dry but manageable with a good instructor

I love learning about IT. I love learning a new industry, and being in a class with an instructor that understands the material and what it takes to gain a real understanding of it, is a treat.

Good Course, but a little more continuity with the instructors

We have had several instructors change out since we started in November and this has reduced my confidence in ACI Learning providing consistent quality education. I am hoping that this changes going forward.

Core A+ is a good start for basics and although I do not feel confident enough in my knowledge and still to say I am going to pass I do know that failure is not an option and ACI will help me reach my goals.

This has been a rewarding experience and I have truly learned a lot in this final course. I look forward to utilising the various platforms and supplements to the pass the certifications.

A lot of information for 2 weeks. The class should be more 3 weeks with the amount of material needed to be reviewed.
