We probably could have used even more time since the course was interactive.

I learned a lot of good tips on how to shorten my correspondence.

Our team could have used many more hours of practice with Sarah monitoring us but she really customized the course timing/agenda to our needs.

I liked the pacing of the course. I liked how you were able to pivot the curriculum based on identified issues and wants from the Deputy Director/Director.

The material gave us insights into some key frameworks and approaches. All material indicated the body and standards reference to gather more information where necessary

Without having experience of using data analytics, it was difficult at times to keep up with the demonstrations in the software. However, teaching the theory and logic, not just how to perform tasks in the software, was very beneficial.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the whole experience.

Probably needed a little more technical, hands on work, a lot of theory to take in in 3 days.

It is good for those with IT backgrounds.
