very good course and needed in todays world

I almost put no for whether or not I thought there was a proper amount of time allotted to the learning activity because of how much information we were having thrown at us, but I think that is the purpose of this course, to give those hungry enough to learn the material at an accelerated pace.

Some questions were very vague and out dated

Overall the classes need to be spread out and more time.

Online learning is really tough in this type of environment.

There is never enough time for the evening classes there is not enough time since most students who are in evening classes have responsibilities during the day that would keep them from continuing the study and doing labs during the day. The evening classes end at 10 so there is little time to fit lab time in between other obligations.

Not enough time to really learn and have an understanding of the course.

The course is a little challenging if you don't have experience in IT. However the instructor is very knowledgeable and they provided a lot of resources to better make us understand the material. I would recommend at an extra week to cover the material and prepare for the ACE Exam.

Great course, easy enrollment, staff very responsive with questions and technical issues resolved quickly. Thanks and look forward to the next course.

This is the first phase of the COMPTIA A+ certification process and I am confident that, with a true personal effort, I will receive my certification. This is primarily due to the insight provided by the learning materials afforded, the student interaction and an exceptional Instructor. With the enormous amount of information that was compiled into two weeks, Randy still kept it interesting enough to give the student a chance to reflect on "live" correlations to the content. There were numerous "what if" questions, examples of I T day-to-day activities and responsibilities, discussion for upward mobility within the I T realm and an overall view of the many positions afforded to those that complete the course and inevitably, achieve certification .
