I enjoy physical books to mark and notate along with a notebook for definition and protocols I may not know to use for study. An incredible amount of information, very fast. This was expected and I am glad there will need to be an ample amount of help studying before the cert test with the instructor and assigned mentor. Teacher pointed us in the right direction with the right information using real world examples making it easier to understand.

Was a lot of material to cover in just a short period of time. Maybe I would say that it was the fact that it was all online or over Zoom. Found myself reviewing a lot of the material to grasp a better understanding especially with no hands on training or physical examples of stuff and how they operate.Response : Thank you very much for your very helpful feedback.
