The information presented by Richard was extremely informative and very appropriate for what I wanted to get out of the course. I am new to IT auditing and the course provided me with a good basis on the IT environment.

Wish this course was at least a week longer and geared towards individuals with very minimal and basic understanding of IT concepts

I do not like how CompTIA has made the test so difficult by asking scenario questions. I find their questions unclear and sometimes misleading. I score over 90% on the acilearning questions because they are direct questions. I perform kind of poorly on the comptia scenario questions.

Overall I enjoyed the course. I do think because its an entry level class there should be more time allotted to ensure knowledge retention.Response : Thank you so much for your review on your positive experience. I was apprehensive how the class would work online. Very impressed. Didn’t feel like it was lacking at all.
