Wonderful training seminar. Instructor was knowledge both in terms of course content, experienced, so he was able to leverage past work experience. And he has an ability to connect with people. Kathleen was one of the best instructors I've ever experienced in a training. She was articulate, kept a good pace and was personable and knowledgeable. She did not lose my attention during the 4 days. I also appreciated the interactive exercises to make the training relevant and applicable.Response : Your feedback is very much appreciated. A great course, it really gave me the basis to start deeping further on the matter. The instructor was great and the additional documentation provided will be of great use. I used the VTR option, so I cannot rate the training facilities. The VTR provided substantial travel savings for my company. It also allowed flexibility in my schedule. The process worked fine, and I will use again. The instructor was very good at keeping us involved and using the technology, despite it being his first time.
