Jane has a way of making the complex course content simpler, easy to understand, relate and remember. She has the ability of making the course not only interesting but also practical for the delegates. Enjoyed the course overall, but would have liked more hands-on lab work. Also, I cannot access www.coursework.com through my corporate network because our network considers the site unsafe

The time allotted seems to be just right, if not in the virtual format. I think the course is really difficult on virtual format due to the assistance needed by the participants. There are so many factors that have to be taken into consideration during virtual labs, e.g., various machines used by the participants that proves to be challenging in trouble shooting, participants have varying experience and poor network connections.

The class was very informative and covered all topics related to IT Security. The instructor was well informed and did good job of explaining topics to the class.
