The course was a great introduction to the different cloud deployment models and related risks/practices to consider. The pace was quick because there is a lot to cover, but the group breakout discussions and knowledgeable instructor with real-world examples helped a lot in understanding what was covered.

Really enjoyed our instructor. I'm excited to start using it.

I believe the course was a good entry level foundation for ITIL.
