Great Course. Greg Gardner was an excellent instructor.

Very good course, much better broken down into 4 hour sessions versus the 8 hour all day sessions.

I really appreciated the core course and the instructor. He did a really good job of listening and explaining items in detail.

Overall, the course was great. The information provided about developing scripts using various commands and functions will be very beneficial moving forward. It was a little difficult at times to manage the need to complete the activities, read the manual and view the instructor's screen. Would suggest future users consider printing the pages with the activities to be able to read the steps while completing them.

The ACL 101 training was straightforward and easy to follow. I appreciate the self directed online training as well. Rita Roberts delivered the material in a clear, methodical yet interesting way. She was unflappable when any issues occurred due to technology or student errors. ACL will be very useful in my job.

It is a lot of information for a new user but really good.

Just hard to follow - too old for such busy screens

Very good course. It helped me to get a greater understanding of how to address our particular situation.

I appreciate the overall uses of her examples and pointing out all moves. Sometimes it is hard to work without samples.
