I would recommend this course to anyone thinking about going into IT whether they have previous knowledge or are wanting to learn the basics. Patrick (the instructor) went way above my expectations as a trainer offering to help you understand after class or when he had free time.

I enjoyed this class and the second time taking this course was a much better learning experience because stuff settled and soaked in with from the first time around. I feel the 4-hour classes are a much better learning aspect compared to the 8-hour class or feeling overwhelmed with the information overload.

It's more material than the previous courses but nothing unmanageable.

I believe this course needs more time due to the changes and all the linked areas to other situations.

Overall, the course was great and I couldn't have asked for a better instructor in KJ. Not only does he do well at educating you in the material, but he checks up and makes sure you're on course for getting all the info you need to pass your exam out of Leader Quest. He's a phenomenal instructor and seems like a genuine human being, which is awesome to have. 5 stars all around, 10 stars if that's a thing.

I cannot express how grateful I am to be a part of this course, and to the staff that have made this possible. Thank you KJ, and all of the other individuals that have assisted and will assist with the remainder of my education here.

Worthwhile. I have many examples of things to try and integrate into my work to become more agile.
