needs more hands on training if school opens again

Although the course was a little difficult to comprehend it was very beneficial. Ernie did a great job of making it enjoyable and helping us understand the information. This is going to be a very beneficial course as I go into my IT career.

After careful consideration of my career choice in IT or cyber security, the ITIL 4 Foundations brought a lateral perspective into the field I never knew about.

the program is all good, its just that learning it needs more time, so as resolution on this we could do self study. the important part is we know what we need to learn.
