Sean Callinan is a great instructor! Made the class very interesting through the use of quizzes, questions to the class, encouraging interaction and positivity.

the labs were difficult to access, not sure if the issue was i had a MAC or not but a lot of difficulties. Josh did a great job getting the material across

Mr. Petti shows competence not only in the course knowledge but as an instructor. I am a college grad and can sincerely say he has been one of the best teachers I have ever had the pleasure to learn from. He was able to compress a tremendous amount of knowledge into easier to remember bits that when combined with the wealth of course materials sets you up for success on the exam. In addition we were able to turn rather dry material around by keeping a jovial classroom environment between student/teacher and student/student. Thank You Mr. Petti!

The instructor was very knowledgeable and took his time thoroughly explaining all the content. Rich also used lots of real-life non-IT scenarios making the content much easier to comprehend.

I liked it a lot . But for me I still need more study time. This was a great lesson learn.

This course is great for someone that has some knowledge in IT. For me not knowing IT - this was hard to grasp and understand the material. The instructor and class were very engaging but this class needs to be extended for two weeks. Very knowledgeable instructor!

1. I thought the course was great and very well presented. Happy that class was only 4 hrs due to the amout of time required for homework. 2. Randy was EXTREEMLY knowledgeable - couldn't stump him. Was very willing and welcomed us to contact after class with questions. 3. Very good, allot in a short amount of time. Really like that we have all of the course material to take with us when in the field.

The instructor, Randy Smith, was awesome and so was the course material! It is a lot to take in over the course of two weeks and requires a lot of extra work on the side to be able to memorize and learn all the material. Randy was a big help though, he is always there for his students and always willing to explain anything over and over until you understand.

Randy is awesome, I just wish the class speed was slowed down a bit so some people could retain the information better.
