This course was easy to understand and comprehensive. Helped me understand ITIL and its edicts and uses.

Not the instructor's fault, but there is very little time to cover all this content for Sec+ adequetly

There was soo much information that provided in different ways that it was kind of overwhelming but in a good way. I even learned some little extra tid bites that I was not expecting at all.

I honestly thought I would have much more difficult time understanding I.T. but this seems so doable with this instructor

An enormous course material. I'd say more time should be allocated for Core 1. 4hrs is a little low when compared to the course material to be covered
