Due to holidays classes were held on Saturday. This was not brought to my attention during the enrolment period. I was forced to change plans that were developed months ago. Even Universities do not force classes on none class days due to holidays. The program needs to extend it's days out to plan for such holidays. This alone will convince me to not recommend friends or family to use this program.

i just wished the course wasnt so much power point ready. lets be hands on, lets do real world projects. kinda dont feel prepared for the real world after taking the course. but i feel prepeared to take the exam

Timing schedule is rough on me since class start at 8:00 PM up to 12:00 AM EST and past my bed time, I lose a lot sleeps. So during that last hour I feel sleepy and missed some of the pointers.

So far my experience at ACI Learning has been pretty good. The instructors actually make the course what it is.....

As stated previously, I gained more knowledge about 1101 than when you started but when I tried the practice exams I did not score well. I realized that unless you have an adequate IT background and/or devote more time you won't be ready for the Certification Exam.
