I learned a lot of good tips on how to shorten my correspondence.

Our team could have used many more hours of practice with Sarah monitoring us but she really customized the course timing/agenda to our needs.

I liked the pacing of the course. I liked how you were able to pivot the curriculum based on identified issues and wants from the Deputy Director/Director.

The instructor made our training possible to learn a great deal. I will be signing up on future courses/training sessions with Sarah Swanson.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the whole experience.

Probably needed a little more technical, hands on work, a lot of theory to take in in 3 days.

It is good for those with IT backgrounds.
