I still believe for an online course 2 weeks is not enough.

Disappointed at the inability to print course flashcards. Had to manually retype them in order to print.

lot of additional sites for guidance. Would like to have had the actual hands on lab for demonstrations, test out had a few errors, ie Linux Cmds, and PC builds issues (couldn't pull certain plugs or little bugs.)Response : Thank you very much for your feedback. The instructor gave better real world experience and knowledge than any other instructor I have had previously. There are now new skill sets that I will be using to my disposal that will make things easier for me in the future to know how to trouble shoot any issues in Cisco.

Personally I wish the course were a little longer to absorb all of the knowledge at a little slower pace. I hope that I have gained enough to get started in this certification so I can get a job that will have me be able to practice this stuff.

This was a very useful class for me to understand better how to trouble shoot Cisco Networks and what to look for when actually troubleshooting issues.
