I think the course time allotted is a great foundation to know where to begin to study for the certifications.

It's a good course, a lot of information covered in a short period of time. I think with all the resources, materials and study guides are going to be helpful with my success passing the course.

Jay Walker is well seasoned A+ instructor great knowledge at hand. looking forward to the next class with him.

my only problem was that i could not access my labs

Course content and materials were adequate, but it would be nice to have one page to access all need materials whether it is a provided link to the another website/source, perhaps all in the syllabus. Also, there is some assessment questions that looked to be copied and pasted with the wrong set of answers.
