I thoroughly enjoyed Lee's expertise in relating the objectives in the course material. He took complex ideas and explained them to me and the class in way that was great for me. I feel as though I learned a lot from his class and would love to have him as a teacher in the future!

The course was great and my expectations were all met, I came out of it with a solid understanding of ITIL beyond just rote memorization of key concepts.

Great course. I will definitely recommend to those whom I know that want to pivot into tech, this is a great course to take with ACIL and a good certification to have on your resume.

The course content was provided in a lot of platforms; online, MS word, pdf, powerpoint, which made it easier to access. Quality of the content was also good and to the point.

It is my first course with ACI but I like how the material is presented and with a great instructor makes it so much easier.

Even if passing the course. I would take over and over again. It is like a good movie. You do not mind watching again.

I dont know if it was just me that when i tested my self i feel like i read so much all of it sounded right i got so confused
