I would wish the course is longer than 2 weeks

Learned a lot.

Had issues getting the boson . I never got access to the exams

It was an excellent course, but wish the class would be longer to get more information and knowledge to be more prepared.

Awesome instructor

I think the timeframe is tough to work through this much material, but the offerings are numerous and I am glad that I have access to the practice materials. I think a motivated student could use them to pass the certification exam.

It would be perfect if it was longer and we could test for certifications at the same time is why I said no, because it's real fast pace. Having an effectively competent instructor is a big plus. His passion is what drove me to stay engaged.

I had a little difficult time starting because I forgot my learning style and outside influences that where a big issue.

As I've stated above the course was very good, Rich made it very easy to understand the material, how it's used, why it's used and the benefits of using ITIL practices. And plenty of other uses, I will definitely recommend this course to others who wants training in this field of work.
