KJ is a great instructor. He doesn't just read off the slides or the book. He draws diagrams in front of us, tells us stories about real world experience in IT, and has us all answer the review questions together.

Overall this course has been extremely detailed and fast paced but the information was easy to digest and will make you a lot more confident for the exam.

I loved this course better than the others it was in great detail and showed me things I never knew existed. The security part and knowing the ways around virioses were facinating.

Teacher was great but the material is way too much for 2 weeks. That has nothing to do with the instructor just the amount that is being given in such a short amount of time. Where as a course like ITIL4 is easily a 2 week course.

ACI should have the learning materials on its website or a direct link to where ever it is. Most of the classes have two, if not three different sites you have to use and get accounts/codes for. Almost all the classes I have taken, the codes were not available until I requested them. This class I spent the first two days just trying to get access to the other sites. Taking away valuable learning time. Very frustrating. Motivation to even finish the course was slim, much less care about the test at the end.

This was a hard course for me. I had a hard time with the word play that is used on the practice exams and on the big exam at the end. I will probably reset the class before taking the exam.
