Great Instructor new to IT but feel like i came out of here actually with some knowledge on the basic principles and practices of ITIL

Instructor was extremely knowledgable and very good at relating material to reallife examples which was very helpful.

Great intro course. I think it could be two weeks full time instead of one. It was a lot of info each day.

Many thanks to the Instructor for having a very well engaged class, for someone that has a hard time focusing I really enjoyed the structure and also found it much easier to focus in on the lectures due to how well and engaging it was taught.

This course is well worth it. The instructor and the labs are great part of the course. Also the instructor was well versed in this area and got a lot out of it.
