Overall it was a great class, great teacher.

Mr. Smith delivered an enormous amount of material with a very high demonstrated level of knowledge and experience. His knowledge and presentation has allowed me to learn the material even for the memorization portions. I would take additional courses with Mr. Smith as an instructor.

One of the best instructors that I have come across. Mr. Smith uses real-world scenarios to drive different points home just to make sure that all of his students thoroughly understand the content. Every lesson that we went over, Mr. Smith was able to explain each lesson from day one to the very end of class. He really did a good job explaining the trace packet labs. I definitely recommend Mr. Smith for any course that ACI teaches to novice or experienced IT students.

Lots of information but well laid out.

Troy did great. I think with the amount of information in this program however (at least for the night class) it should maybe carry out for 3 weeks. There's quite a bit of information that is gone over and Troy seemed rushed throughout the course due to the amount of info that is provided. Other than that, he did really well.

The instructor taught for both taking the exam as well as real world application and experience.

I enjoyed it even though it was little too fast for me. Looking forward to learn more.

Our Instructor, Joseph Hornsey was phenomenal. He broke down all the course content in extremely relatable ways that made learning this content very straight forward. I can't imagine a better instructor. That being said, this course is no joke! You absolutely must have the time to study 3+ hours for each day of class including on the weekends if you want to get the most out of the labs and just to keep up with the material. There is a ton of information to digest and understand, let alone be tested on. If you can't make the serious time commitment, you will likely not pass the quizzes or final assessment let alone a certification exam. Great content, good labs which could be written better, but overall good course.
