Very knowledgeable instructors. Instructors have been getting frustrated with the way some of the slides are either worded or where they are placed in the course. Both Christopher and James have been great instructors. They have been (both) jumping around certain topics that "aren't worth discussing" or just in the wrong place and later went back to it.
Love the location, the staff was incredible, and enjoyed my time as a student.
I find ACI as a whole very nice and helpful. I am at a point where I need to network badly and I can see this helps a lot.
The course materials were helpful and well-organized, but the Prentus platform had some technical issues like freezing and deleting work. Thankfully, the instructor was great at communicating and made sure everything got submitted properly. That support really improved the experience, I’d give it 4 stars for that alone.
Janine is great instructor! She taught me how to be more confident when looking for a job. She also gave great pointers on how to properly interview.
Ismael continue to present the orientation class in the same manner.
The Transition from civilian to IT is already intense. But Mr. Lee's style of teaching , made the course work and understanding of concepts easy to understand . (Saluting Mr. Lee) Keep up the Great Work ACI !!!!
