josh was very easy to talk with and is very knowledgeable. he is a very good teacher and knows how to explain the material perfectly. all the material that was given to us is very well explained in the material.

the labs run very slowly and they were hard to do because of having to refresh so often.

Mr. Allen did a fantastic job on teaching us the subject. He always pointed out what was going to be on the exam and gave us multiple resources, such as study aids, so that we can build our confidence and pass the cert exam when we take it.
