Good Course, but a little more continuity with the instructors

We have had several instructors change out since we started in November and this has reduced my confidence in ACI Learning providing consistent quality education. I am hoping that this changes going forward.

Core A+ is a good start for basics and although I do not feel confident enough in my knowledge and still to say I am going to pass I do know that failure is not an option and ACI will help me reach my goals.

I really enjoyed the outside content; I feel that I did learn the material. I feel it was fast paced for the average individual. I would like to keep a solid instructor and include more informal teaching and student interactions.

Good instructor terrible learning plan

This course should not be part of the CUSS program. More useful IT courses should be focused on. More time should be allotted to Network +, A+ and security + and comptia certs.

Great course. Recommend that more auditors get exposed to the course to improve the effectiveness of the audit function.

A breakthrough course for those looking to dive head first into the world of ITIL and its many moving cogs.
