Joseph was such a great instructor who really grasps the concept of educating. As someone who is new to the IT scene, he really helped dumb a lot of things down and use helpful traffic like terms for me to understand now I feel very knowledgeable to the network+ topic.

Lots of good material. Kinda tough to pack everything in our 40-hour allotted time. Definitely a useful bit (a lot) of knowledge in this course.
