There is a lot of material in this course. ACI's materials are outstanding, and provide an encyclopedia of pertinent material to refer to when studying for the certification exam. I've taken a few CompTia certification tests and I feel that ACI has really provided all the need building blocks to pass our certs.

The instructor offered real world scenarios and was knowledgeable in many subjects, I would take another class with him if available.

More capability needed to be able to share resources for the class that can be applied to each lesson. Open a forum setting for the class to access from home and have them build a library of resources to enable better success.
