Instructor was great but I wish comptia A+ class had more mini quizzes to test knowledge about what we learned the previous day. I feel a lot of information was loaded onto us without really testing knowledge to gage how much we understood or where we still needed to study.

Sustains - Marcia Ingino is a great instructor capable of teaching in a variety of ways Her use of the functions within the zoom platform were great The fact that she created the course material made it a far better learning environment Improve enforce classroom etiquette, disruptive student in this class detracted from the overall learning experience, extend the class to three weeks to make it more about learning the content and not so much about learning to take a test more collaborative PE's, that was a great experience, but we only did it one time in class

I enjoyed this course and looking forward to the next, and know what I need to do from now on to get the most out of my learning in class through my instructor, so I believe I will be ready this time!

This course is definitely not for students starting out in IT. There is a high learning curve to be proficient with the course material. I would seriously recommend using other resources in addition to the ACI course to be effectively prepared for the CCNA exam.

The resources and questions for the official PMP test prep like projectmanagement.com's "Guru" 1000 questions correct and other resources have LOADS of information that this class doesn't have time to mention. I would love to see a longer course that covers more things slower, maybe over 3-4 weeks and more assessments with more opportunities to ask questions and get answers to those questions. ITIL covered a lot but seemed managable with 2 weeks, even though that too was pretty fast. This one surprised me because we learned a LOT, EVERY class, but when I started taking other exam questions and used other resources to prepare for PMP, there were more questions covering topics I'd never heard of than ones covering topics I had. PMP seems to be a huge huge HUGE body of knowledge, and I'd love to get the opportunity to dig further in. This was a great course to get started, and maybe that's all it was supposed to be, but I do not feel at the end of this 2 weeks I am prepared for the PMP exam. I will need weeks of studying other bodies of knowledge, this class being one of many.

The overall length of this course should be more than 2 weeks. A+ 1001 is an extensive theoretical and practical subject that requires more than two weeks of learning. Also, it will be helpful if the instructor goes over the Performance-Based Questions (PBQ), and some other CompTIA assessments to motivate and improve the learning process.

An excellent course, very informative. A really great overview of certain aspects which also act as a refresher and some extra follow-up for multiple IT coursework and classes in ITIL, SEC+, etc. Primarily designed on defending the Network. The instructor made it happen. Really knowledgeable, articulate, descriptive, and very capable in demonstrating the intricate working of the course, to include helpful memorization and important knowledgeable techniques and tricks that made the course easy going and fun.

great instructors, with a wealth of knowledge between them, ideal for newcomers to the IT field. the courses are way too short considering the amount of material, and the unspoken expectation of needing to be SMEs in order to pass the official compTIA certification exams. because that is how the certifying exams are designed.
