Great! I learned a lot and enjoyed the instructor. Accessing the ITIL 4 Foundation app really helped me to hone in on the familiarity of the test questions. I would appreciate more opportunity for interaction in the future.

I was very confused the first day or so and Mr. Ghostly had a very simple way of explaining things so I was able to understand. He was also very knowledgeable in the material.
