the main problem with the class is the labs as they dont always work. you can be almost done with the lab and the lab locks up and you retry the lab and it does it again really frustrating, But with KJ as the instructor he always has a work around and helps you understand the material and learning objectives of the labs

Overall I loved the course. Again I just wish it had been longer to give more time to really grasp the material and feel easier using the technology.

Course is great for learning the basics but i wish this class had more hands on practice.

Course is good, Instructors are great. Just one problem that Cert Master Practice test is not correct. I'm in the course Network+ N10-008, but I could not access it. I have placed few inquiries but still has not resolved. I have requested some one call me but I have not got any call from ACI yet.
