Great course. Recommend that more auditors get exposed to the course to improve the effectiveness of the audit function.
A breakthrough course for those looking to dive head first into the world of ITIL and its many moving cogs.
I enjoyed this course and I didn’t feel out of place like I thought I would, because of me not having an IT background.
