Consistently knowledgeable, approachable trainers are the provider’s standout strength, with attendees valuing clear explanations, real-world examples, patience and support that build confidence. They find the teaching engaging and practical, supported by labs, videos, quizzes and flexible online resources, and say the learning strengthens certification readiness, troubleshooting skills and job searches. Career guidance, including CV, LinkedIn and interview advice, also proves useful. Some feel the accelerated timetable and lab/platform design leave too little time for hands-on practice.

I enjoyed the course, and I am motivated to continue growing in the ITIL field.
simply wonderful
Job Well Done!!!! Thanks Mr. Dan. I cannot wait to have you as my instructor for future courses.
The Boson labs were really great. I learned a lot from them and I liked how they were fast and easy and repetitive. I am finally understanding this information much more.
Great mix of lecture and practice hands on.
