Appreciate the instruction, the courses were never boring. The material was top notch, and on point which made reading easy to follow. I like the reference material as well.

The class wasn't fun per say, but it was filled with a lot of content, and that content will allow me to obtain my A+ 1001 portion of my certification.

I highly recommend this course! We had plenty of students in the class with no technical experience or background in technology, and they excelled! In my professional opinion, it was all due to the instructor, Mr. Dunieski Otano. This instructor was amazing and did a great job of cutting out any of the unnecessary material and really focusing in on what would be required to pass the certification. We were provided plenty of practical labs and training as well as group and individual study time that set us up for success!

A lot to absorb in a week for 8 hours per day. If it were stretched into 3 more business days, or even two, with less hours per day would be preferable. Instructors are key to keep focus, Rich did a great job with that and he has so much experience, made this course a lot more enjoyable. Hope I get him again.
