Great condensed course for preparation for the ITIL 4 fundamental exam.

I learned a lot and i'm happy that i decided to begin my journey to eventually work in the IT Field.

Excellent course. Excellent Instructor. i would and will recommend ACI Learning to my old battle buddies! Hopefully they will take the opportunity to use ACI Learning as a steppingstone into the very lucrative IT world!!!!

This is a very good course for anyone that is looking to get in an IT career. It gives the use a lot of good information and eases them in to the IT area. I do wish that practices test could mirror more of the certification test. But I understand that it might be possible to do that with test compromise and all. But, over all the course is good at all levels.

IT is truly interesting, and it can really take your mental, emotional, and physical understanding to higher level. Great course, great instructor, great opportunity.

Mr. Kellmeyer was funny, realteable, and extremely informative with ALL course material. He never made us feel like a burden when asking a question, he encouraged us to ask questions because he knows that we are here to learn. He took his time ensuring the class was understanding the concepts!
