Excellent course for the basic understanding of IT logistics and practices.

Overall, it was a really great course. Prior to the course, I was nervous about how well I would understand and retain the knowledge necessary to successfully pass the certification exam. I'm finishing the course with plenty of resources and feel much more confident about obtaining my certification.

Super fun stuff to learn. Not as complex as core 1, but more detailed and directed. Still very difficult. Will need extra time to study after class, but I do have the resources to do so!

This course, along with Comptia A+ 101, were awesome courses. ACI has performed above and beyond my expectations with their instructors, course content, outside resources and then stepping outside of the virtual classroom- their career and professional resources are exemplary as well.
