Overall, the course provided a solid introduction to ITIL and its core principles. The structured environment was helpful for understanding the material, though I feel that the short two-week duration didn't allow for enough time to fully absorb and apply everything. More time for practical exercises, real-world examples, and discussions would enhance the learning experience. Despite this, I feel well-equipped to begin implementing what I've learned and look forward to continuing my ITIL journey in the future.

Good course but material could be cover in a shorter amount of time.

Still a great learning experience.

The instructor was excellent—super knowledgeable and approachable. They made complex topics easy to understand and were really good at explaining things in multiple ways if something wasn’t clear. They also created a supportive learning environment, encouraging questions and making sure everyone felt comfortable participating. Their enthusiasm for the subject was contagious, which made the course even more enjoyable. Overall, they kept things engaging and made sure we stayed on track throughout the course.
