The security course had a lot of material that makes it hard to consume in 2 weeks without rushing.

I would like to see more time assign to the Secuity topic.

Mr, H was by far a great teacher and was easier to talk to compared to other instructors in ACI. Would definitely recommend to future learners and would hope to have him in future courses.

An app for terms and practice test

Some of the material was difficult for myself and I am sure others. With that said maybe changing some things around would be great and making it a longer course to soak up in the information.

for ITIL4 Foundations 2 weeks in no where enough time for an older brain such as mine

The course was straight forward and having the same instructor through made it easier to understand and communicate.

with a little more material and visuals this would be an amazing course and easier to grasp the information.

It was okay. The instructor (Dave) made it much more fruitful and interesting considering how bland the topic was.
