Instructor practically just read the words off of the powerpoint slides and often read them wrong as well as mislabeling acronyms throughout the course. The instructor may be knowledgeable about this field, but is not great at teaching that knowledge.

The instructor was unable to cover all of the material in the allotted time. We made it about 60% of the way through the curriculum.

Great material directly from CompTIA. It provides challenging test questions and great in-depth lessons on the CompTIA objectives. Dr. Mack is very knowledgeable about cybersecurity but was unable to address all of the material in such a short timeline. A lot of additional resources were presented in class and the cohort did provided some excellent study materials in order for you to prepare for the exam.

I wish there were more time for the course in order to cover main subjects more in depth. Recommend class be extended an extra week or a few days at least. Instructor Troy did his best with the time he has but I don't believe its enough time overall.

Overall I think my instructor was good and repetitive with helping with the work. Just not sure if I really comprehend all the info.

Most of these courses seem to be a rehash of what is on the page. Considering the amount of material that needs to be covered, I understand why.

website is hard to navigate maybe have the course less technical was lost after the 2nd day but have found and was given other ways o study.

This course has a lot of great resources and material with good practical labs. CompTIA CertLearn and CertMaster are amazing and gave me a great in-depth analysis of networking technologies. The instructor is well-versed and knowledgeable in cybersecurity. He provided good real-world examples on cybersecurity but sometimes focused heavily on security and less on network infrastructures. I believe the ACE assessment needs more scenario-based questions in order to prepare students for the CompTIA exam. Additionally, can a message board or email list be added to the ACI class so students can interact with each other and create study groups? I did not see this feature on the website and only saw students in class via Zoom.
