Overall I think my instructor was good and repetitive with helping with the work. Just not sure if I really comprehend all the info.

Most of these courses seem to be a rehash of what is on the page. Considering the amount of material that needs to be covered, I understand why.

website is hard to navigate maybe have the course less technical was lost after the 2nd day but have found and was given other ways o study.

This course has a lot of great resources and material with good practical labs. CompTIA CertLearn and CertMaster are amazing and gave me a great in-depth analysis of networking technologies. The instructor is well-versed and knowledgeable in cybersecurity. He provided good real-world examples on cybersecurity but sometimes focused heavily on security and less on network infrastructures. I believe the ACE assessment needs more scenario-based questions in order to prepare students for the CompTIA exam. Additionally, can a message board or email list be added to the ACI class so students can interact with each other and create study groups? I did not see this feature on the website and only saw students in class via Zoom.

This feels very rushed. I preferred having 8 hours a day in ITIL 4 Foundation. There should at least be required videos and assignments instead of just free range studying.

Need to offer physical books.

The instructor, Alexis Valencia, was excellent! At every subject he gave us a real world scenario and that made learning the material so much easier as opposed to just reading PowerPoint slides.

The course was very informative and there were many resources available. i have learned a lot since taking this course. Mr. Baybayan was a wonderful instructor. He was very knowledgeable and always available to answer questions. I do feel this course should have been longer like 3-4 weeks. There is a lot of information to retain.

The instructor was amazing. However, the amount of information a student needs to learn in two weeks is entirely to much. If anything the course needs a few more days that way students can actually absorb the information that is being thrown their way. Again the instructor was perfect and explained everything he was supposed to teach within the time constraints given.

Before the course starts, there should be an email or something what all different sites are used for the different lessons/study material. "learncomptia", "testout lab" "certmaster", etc. The first couple of days, I was trying to figure out the sites and had to play catch up. Jumping between the sites and figuring out what is best. The pro tv is supposed to be a good site to use, but really isn't talked about. There is a lot of content crammed in two weeks. Fine for someone with a background in IT, but way too much for someone starting out. I get it that it takes time to learn, but something like this should be more of a self paced. The instructor was very knowledgeable, but could have slowed down in the beginning.
