I do not believe this course is as nearly as effective as the previous courses such as A+ and Net+ in the boot camp style. I found the labs difficult to understand and use.Response : Thank you for your comment Jacob. We would like to hear more about what made the other courses more effective.

If you're starting with very little knowledge in IT and like self learning with tons of assistance, ACI is for you.

The course offered a lot of valuable information, at a fast pace. The course feels smooth and the information easy to access.

This course was well taught, the instructor kept the class engaged. John Brown (Instructor) was able to correlate real-world examples into the lessons which solidified the objective being discussed. I feel confident in taking both the industry exam and the ACI end-of-course exam.

Sec+ was an enjoyable class with Mr. Patrick Allen and Angel Waymer. They understood we are in class to pass the Certification. They ensured they will always be available even after, the course is over to assist or answer any questions. I truly enjoyed this course! Also, I need to say my Senior Consultant Mrs. Starla Condes is always present and has constantly made me feel cared for and I truly appreciate her and everything she has helped me with.
