Instructor was well at articulating each subject. Not only did he leave me with key points on passing the certification exam but also helped me remember the material as I venture off into the telecommunications world.

Take IT Fundamentals before taking this class. This is not for beginners.

I would recommend this course to others. The docebo site is a little difficult to navigate, but the course was very straightforward.

ACI Learning has some good instructors, and for the most part, have been impressed with their performances. The course material and content to learn on the side are quite good. I was skeptical at first with them saying I have to learn all these materials in a 3-month time span, but with the way, they balance and handle things. It does work. I look forward to my last class in this marathon of computer learning.
