Best introduction to the fundamentals of ITIL

Good Class, knowledgeable instructor, not enough time to learn the amount of material to fully understand it.

Great class! I would recommend this school to all of my friends and family. Thank you guys for helping me light my torch.

Overall I think this course was taught really well. I came in not knowing much about ITIL now I feel like I can somewhat follow along and chime in.

I wish I had heard about ACI Learning, before I'd even thought about submitting myself to the Hassle and aggravation of the other IT schools I'd wasted time and money on.

I feel this course, as is, has made me ready to start working in the field of IT and on my way learn so much more. I now have a more confident feeling about entering in the world of IT.
