Overall I think this course was taught really well. I came in not knowing much about ITIL now I feel like I can somewhat follow along and chime in.

I wish I had heard about ACI Learning, before I'd even thought about submitting myself to the Hassle and aggravation of the other IT schools I'd wasted time and money on.

I feel this course, as is, has made me ready to start working in the field of IT and on my way learn so much more. I now have a more confident feeling about entering in the world of IT.

yes and no. If you are a hands on person unless you have a lot of time this may not be for you. the instructor was great but just doing slides for 4 hours does not work me. I need to be in a activity with a instructor.

Best introduction to the fundamentals of ITIL

I have not been disappointed yet in the 5 courses I have taken with ACI!
